Beach Hats & Bags Policy

It is super important to us that you love your new Beach Hat!

So we offer a 14 day return policy, from when you receive your items. Any enquiries after this date will not be accepted (unless delays have occurred with postage & handling).

If for any reason, you are not happy with your order or would like a different style, you will need to follow the returns process for a store credit and repurchase the new item. 

 

Beach Hats is happy to offer a credit note for items purchased, providing that the product is in original condition with tags attached.  

Please note, that any hat returned with make-up on the sweatband or any part of the hat will not be accepted for a credit note. 

 

Please keep in mind you will need to cover return postage costs. 

 

Please be mindful when choosing your Beach Hat as we do not offer refunds for change of mind, however, we will happily discuss the details of your return with you further via email at love@beachhats.com.au

 

All Beach Hats pieces are thoroughly inspected and quality controlled to ensure our high-quality standards are adhered to. In the unlikely case of a fault please contact us on love@beachhats.com.au. We do not consider natural fibre flaws such as flecking, weave variations and loose straw ends as faulty.

 

Store Credits/Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the issued date.
